The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is the first point of contact for clients and supports the clinical team through effective administration, scheduling, and communication. The role works closely with clinicians and the clinic leadership team to ensure efficient operations and a welcoming clinic environment.
The Front Desk Coordinator is an essential part of the ATHOS team and actively contributes to providing a professional, friendly, and seamless experience for all clients.
Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent client experience across all front desk interactions, from enquiries and bookings through to follow-up
Support daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, practitioner diaries, and workflow coordination
Manage administrative tasks such as client records, documentation, correspondence, and data entry in line with clinic standards
Process payments, manage invoices, and support basic financial administration as required
Assist with clinic organisation, including stock levels, supplies, and maintaining a clean and professional front desk environment
Support clinicians and clinic leadership with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, clinicians, and team members
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy clinic environment
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential client and clinic information
Calm, reliable, and collaborative, with confidence using clinic systems and digital tools
A personal interest in health, fitness, or sports is a plus, as it aligns well with the clinic environment and client needs.
Clinic-based role located at 321 Orchard Road (Somerset)
Part-time position (approx. 25 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 1:30pm / 1:30pm - 6:00pm, 1-2 Saturday's per month 09:00am - 1:00pm
Start date: March 2026
