Job Summary

LOGISFLEET PTE. LTD. seeks talented Fresh Graduates to join our dynamic team in the Bukit Batok West Region. This full-time role offers a structured career start within a rapidly growing ICT company, focusing on driving innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured training program to acquire comprehensive knowledge of business operations and functions, enabling effective contribution to company goals
• Apply innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of key projects and strategic initiatives
• Develop a thorough understanding of the ICT industry landscape and align work with the company's strategic objectives
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose creative, actionable solutions to improve processes
• Engage proactively in continuous learning and professional development to advance technical and interpersonal skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through critical thinking in relevant contexts
