What You'll Do
- Condition and prepare fresh flowers to maintain quality and freshness
- Repackage flowers for retail, events, and deliveries
- Water and care for plants daily, removing any withered stems to keep the space vibrant
- Keep the workspace and retail area neat, tidy, and well-maintained
- Assist with stock recording and track wastage accurately
- Support the floral team with daily operations and organisation
- Take initiative to offer assistance, working proactively as a strong team player
- Follow instructions carefully and execute tasks efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, nature-inspired work environment
Who You Are
- Singapore Citizen/ PR are welcome to apply
- Passionate about flowers and nature
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Physically fit to carry flowers, buckets, and perform manual tasks
- Careful and nimble with hands when handling delicate flowers
- Prior experience is a plus but not required
