Globe Logistics specialize in providing customized supply chain solutions, including air freight, ocean freight, and warehousing services. We are now looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our Singapore office and help us capture new business opportunities.
The Opportunity
This is a classic hunter role designed for a sales professional who thrives on the challenge of building a client base from the ground up. You will be on the front lines, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business accounts. Your primary focus will be on generating new revenue by converting leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Actively hunt for and secure new clients within the Singapore market and regionally.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct extensive market research to identify and qualify new sales leads and potential customers.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through persistent and strategic cold calling and email outreach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand the specific logistics needs of prospective clients and develop tailored air and ocean freight solutions.
- Presentation & Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in our CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in logistics industry or freight forwarding sales role, with a strong focus on hunting new business.
- Demonstrable experience and confidence in cold calling and lead generation is essential.
- Understanding of international freight forwarding (air and ocean) processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a strong drive to succeed.
- Well spoken in English, any other language is a plus.

- Having an existing network of contacts with shipping agencies in Singapore.
