Salling Search is currently recruiting for a Freight Sales Executive for a freight forwarding company. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow a book of business within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and retention
Prepare and negotiate freight rates, quotations, and service proposals for customers
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and freight rate fluctuations to identify sales opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics
Strong understanding of air, sea, and/or land freight products and services
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight/logistics software systems
