- Position : Freight Operations Supervisor
- Location : Tuas
- Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM, Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily freight operations, including air, sea and land shipments.
- Coordinate shipment bookings, schedules, deliveries and operational follow-ups.
- Supervise and guide the operations team to meet service and performance targets.
- Handle escalations, customer issues and shipment-related challenges promptly.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Check and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including BL, AWB, invoices and permits.
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements, import/export procedures and regulations.
- Monitor shipment progress, manage delays and provide timely updates.
- Support cost control through efficient shipment planning and resource coordination.
- Review workflows and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Able to lead a team and manage daily operational issues independently.
