Roles & Responsibilities

The Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team on a contract/part-time basis for a duration of up to 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, and conducting post-production for approximately 8 videos per month. These videos will be designed for social media platforms and will require a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling .

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

• Film high-quality video content at the Crusaders office, and various locations as required.

• Perform video editing and post-production tasks, ensuring high-quality output.

• Optimize videos for social media platforms, focusing on engagement and retention .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably with a focus on social media content.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills.

• Proficiency in video specifications for organic and paid content formats on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

• Preferably have your own necessary equipment for filming and editing .

Bonus/Good-to-Have:

• Proficiency or ability in shooting live videos for social media .

Compensation & Working Hours

• Compensation: Applicants will be required to quote a fixed rate based on the scope and requirements upon receiving detailed information about the requirements.

• Working Hours/Location: The successful candidate will be engaged on an as-needed basis, according to the scope of work. This includes pre-production, scheduled filming at various locations, and post-production. Pre- and post-production tasks can be completed remotely and flexibly within the given timelines .
