Whatyou'lldo

• Run end-to-end production management: pre-pro shoot post delivery
• Support a mix ofeditorial formats(profiles, interviews, documentary-style pieces, event coverage) andpartner projects(integrations, campaigns, deliverables)
• Manage vendors/production partners (production houses, post, translators/subtitlers)
• Build schedules, scopes, and delivery trackers with clear approval gates
• Own budgets: estimates, quote comparisons, negotiation support, burn tracking
• Oversee post workflows: reviews, feedback consolidation, versioning, subtitling, final exports
• Coordinate stakeholders and approvals across multiple markets/time zones
• Ensure clean delivery standards: specs, naming, version control, handover packages

Role Summary

We'relooking for a strong, highly organizedfreelance contract producerto support regional video production acrosseditorial and partner-led workin Asia & Middle East.You'llcollaborate closely with the Creative Lead to deliver premium, story-first contentwhile you own the production operation: planning, resourcing, budgets,logistics, approvals, and delivery.

This role sits just below the Creative Lead:you'llbe the person who makes the work realclean plans, calm execution, and reliable delivery across multiple markets.

What You Will Do

1) End-to-End Production Ownership

• Lead production planning across pre-pro / shoot / post for multiple projects running in parallel.
• Build andmaintainproduction schedules, shot plans, call sheets, and delivery trackers.
• Anticipate production risks early and propose solutions (budget, access, timelines, approvals).

2) Editorial + Partner Production Support

• Support a mix ofeditorial formats(profile interviews, documentary-style stories, event coverage, social-first cuts) andpartner projects(integrations, campaigns, deliverable suites).
• Translate creative direction and story intent into production-ready requirements, without losing the editorial tone.

3) Stakeholder + Partner Management

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for production vendors and partner stakeholders asrequired.
• Run meetings with clear agendas, tight notes, and decisive next steps.
• Manage feedback loops and approvals across internal stakeholders and external partners.

4) Budgeting + Resourcing

• Create cost estimates, track spend, and flag overages/risks early.
• Source and manage vendors (production houses, crew, post, translation/subtitling), including quote comparisons and scope alignment.
• Coordinate invoices and admin workflows according to internal process.

5) Post-Production Supervision + Delivery QA

• Oversee post schedules and review cycles: edit, sound, grade, subtitles, versioning, multi-format exports.
• Consolidatefeedback clearly and keep revision rounds efficient.
• Ensure final deliverables meet technical specs and brand standards (naming conventions, version control, handover packages).

What We Require

• Proven experience producingdigital video content(editorial and/or branded/partner environments).
• Strong multi-market producing ability:logistics, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder management across countries/time zones.
• Confidence managing budgets, vendor scopes, and production resourcing.
• Solid understanding of post-production workflows and social/YouTube deliverables.
• Excellent communication and documentation habits (clear trackers, briefs, meeting notes, status updates).
• Calm, accountable, and solutions-first under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

• Hands-on ability toshootand/oredit(Premiere / After Effects) for lightweight needsuseful, but not core.
• F&B / travel / luxury editorial sensibility (premium, taste-led, story-first).
