The content is aimed at an audience aged 18 to 34 and styled after an 'elder brother' voice, tough love, straight-talking, and no fluff. The goal is to produce motivational scripts that hook viewers quickly, maintain concise pacing, and deliver clear takeaways. This role involves developing ideas, conducting light research, and writing compelling scripts that inspire and resonate with the target audience.

Deliverables

Generate fresh video ideas aligned with self-improvement and motivation themes.
Write complete YouTube scripts with strong hooks, actionable advice, and concise pacing.
Ensure the writing maintains a direct, tough-love tone similar to channels like NextCore.
Conduct light research to add depth, credibility, and relevance to topics.
Collaborate on feedback and iterate to refine tone, structure, and messaging.
Provide scripts optimized for both long-form and short-form video formats.

Requirements

Proven experience in scriptwriting for YouTube or digital platforms, ideally within motivational or self-improvement content.
Ability to write in a bold, direct, and engaging style with zero fluff.
Strong understanding of storytelling techniques that capture and hold attention.
Familiarity with self-improvement concepts, behavioral science, or performance psychology is a plus.
Knowledge of pacing and structure for both short-form and long-form video scripts.
Reliable communication and timely delivery of drafts.
