We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Programmer to develop a custom database system tailored to our loyalty program and business operations. This is a project-based role where you will work closely with our internal team to understand our processes and deliver a functional, scalable, and user-friendly solution.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a custom database management system aligned with our operational needs
- Build and manage a secure, scalable SQL database for storing customer and sales data
- Implement data analysis features such as reporting, trend tracking, and customer segmentation
- Integrate the developed solution to existing systems
- Provide clear documentation and basic training for users
- Offer technical support throughout testing, deployment, and post-launch
Requirements
- Proven experience in database, SQL and/or CRM development or similar business tools
- Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
- Good understanding of retail/consumer nature of business
- High proficiency in SQL and database design
- Familiarity with retail Point of Sales systems and working with APIs
- Ability to work independently and deliver on schedule
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Project-based remuneration to be discussed and confirmed after scope alignment
