Freelance Marketing

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive social media professional to establish and grow a TikTok presence for a B2B metals company in Singapore. The position requires full-time, on-site commitment for 5–6 months, focusing on transforming technical industry topics into engaging, lead-generating short-form video content. You will independently set up and manage the TikTok business account, develop a content strategy tailored to a professional audience, and ensure consistent channel growth through creative execution and data-driven improvements.

Deliverables

• Set up and manage the TikTok business account for the company
• Plan, film, edit, and publish a minimum of four smartphone-shot videos per week
• Develop and refine a content strategy focused on lead generation and audience engagement
• Translate technical topics (sampling, assay, melting loss) into accessible, engaging short-form content
• Track video performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics
• Manage comments and direct messages to foster community and capture leads
• Document a clear standard operating procedure (SOP) for account handover at project completion
  
  

Requirements

• Based in Singapore with full-time on-site availability for 5–6 months
• Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, preferably for TikTok or similar platforms
• Ability to independently manage the end-to-end content process: ideation, filming, editing, publishing, and engagement
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar mobile editing tools
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and lead generation tactics
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to communicate technical topics in an engaging manner
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
