Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Campaign Assets
. Design eye-catching content for social media, ads, website banners, EDMs, and product infographics
. Create campaign key visuals (KVs) and adapt them across multiple formats
. Develop product storytelling visuals (ingredients, benefits, lifestyle creatives)
. Support event visuals (posters, flyers, booth materials) when required
2. Short-Form Video & Motion Content
. Create engaging TikTok, Reels, and short-form videos
. Produce simple motion graphics and animated content
. Edit raw footage into compelling marketing videos
. Enhance videos with captions, music, transitions, and effects
3. Creative Collaboration
. Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into visuals
. Contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns and content
. Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
4. Delivery & Optimisation
. Deliver assets in formats optimised for digital and print
. Adapt designs across multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.)
. Maintain organised files for easy revisions and reuse
