Write and shape episodes that inform and inspire.

Dive deep into research, find the right voices, and craft compelling scripts.

Produce, direct, and manage your episode all the way through to post-production.

Make sure it all comes together on time (yes, deadlines matter ).

At least 1-2 years of experience in factual/documentary production.

Great English skills (spoken + written).

Resourceful, creative, and meticulous you know how to dig for details.

A genuine curiosity about the world and current affairs.
