Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable freelance delivery driver to deliver pre-packed frozen meals from our kitchen to customers homes/offices. This position is perfect for someone with a van/car who enjoys working independently and wants to be part of a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up frozen meals from our collection point in Geylang and deliver to customers in the designated area.
- Deliver meals within a set time frame, ensuring that all deliveries are made promptly and safely.
- Ensure meals remain frozen during transit by using our 35L cooler boxes with ice packs
- Communicate with the team regarding any delays or issues with deliveries.
- Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service with a pleasant and friendly personality.
- Efficient and careful delivery of goods.
- Store the collapsible cooler bags and ice packs in your vehicle for future deliveries.
Requirements:
- Must have your own vehicle (preferably electric vehicle, but not required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexible availability during weekdays and weekends. Hours are on an as-needed basis.
- Familiarity with using navigation apps to find addresses efficiently.
- Fuel/vehicle expenses is paid by the driver (fuel expenses are not covered).
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
Compensation:
- $10 per drop-off location (paid on the day after delivery). 2 to 4 drop offs an hour.
