About Us

A Space Between is a co-practice space in Tanjong Pagar for private therapists, coaches and other mental health professionals. People come here to do quiet, careful work with their clients, and our job is to make sure the space holds up its end: calm, clean, and looked after by someone who takes it seriously.

The Role

We're hiring a few more freelance Community Managers to help run the space. You'll be the person on-site: greeting practitioners as they come in, resetting rooms between sessions, helping with basic bookings, keeping things tidy and in order. It's a hands-on role, and a lot of it comes down to small things done well: a room that's ready on time, a member who feels looked after, a space that just works.

You'll also help out at community meetups when we run them.

It suits someone who likes being useful in a practical way, who notices details without being told, and who's comfortable holding a quiet, sensitive space without making it about themselves.

The Schedule

Shifts run 9am to 5pm, mostly Monday to Saturday, with occasional evening slots or Sunday shifts while our cleaning team works.

Pay is $10/hour.

We run on a shared calendar. You claim open slots yourself, no fixed roster. What we're really hoping for, though, is someone who settles into a regular rhythm rather than dipping in and out. Our space is active around the clock, so having familiar faces on shift makes a big difference, and that reliability means a lot to us.

Who We're Looking For

- Some background in hospitality, retail, F&B or clinical admin helps, but isn't essential

- Comfortable working independently and picking up simple booking software

- Fast learner

- The kind of person who follows through once they've said yes to something

- Good with people, and able to sense when a room needs quiet rather than conversation

- Eligible to work in Singapore without needing a work visa
