Freelance Art Director

In Singapore and Singapore only!

GERMS Digital is looking for a freelance Art Director (with potential to convert to full-time) who can turn a strong idea into sharp, effective work. You'll work with our creative, content, and account teams across campaigns, social, digital, as well as brand projects.

What you'll do

• Develop concepts and visual directions from brief to final delivery.
• Design and art direct campaign assets across digital, social and other relevant channels.
• Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Guide designers and production partners to keep the work consistent and on brief.
• Stay hands-on when the project calls for it, from layouts and mockups to final artwork.

What we're looking for

• Solid art direction experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• A portfolio that shows strong ideas, craft, and range.
• Confidence working across digital and social formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; Figma experience is a plus.
• The ability to manage deadlines, take feedback, and work well with different teams.

This is a freelance role to start. There may be an opportunity to move into a full-time position, depending on mutual fit and business needs.
