Free Lance Event Producer / Show Caller

Role Description The Free Lance Event Producer or show caller is a contract or project base role responsible for planning, producing, and overseeing experiential events and activations for INX's clients. This hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site work at event locations and client meetings, as well as some work-from-home flexibility for planning and coordination tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event concepts aligned with client objectives, managing production timelines, coordinating vendors and suppliers, and ensuring all logistical elements are executed on schedule and within budget. The Event Producer will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, supervise on-site setup and live event operations, and manage post-event wrap-ups, including reporting and debriefs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Event Planning and Event Management experience, with a track record of delivering experiential campaigns and activations.
• Project Management and Budgeting skills to handle timelines, resources, and cost control across multiple events.
• Ability to work independently, handle changing priorities, and manage on-site event challenges calmly and efficiently.
• Prior experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, or live events within Singapore or APAC is an advantage.
• Show Caller role, Conference Producer, Virtual Webinar, Set build and Production / Operation.
• Creative Director and Art Director on Freelance basis are welcome to connect
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including on-site work at venues and remote coordination.
