Fraud Investigation, SPX Express (Contract)

Job Description

Conduct initial investigations into cases related to driver misconduct, operational fraud, and internal violations.
Collect and review evidence from CCTV, system data, operational records, and interviews.
Prepare case summaries, supporting documents, and basic investigation reports.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, BI, and Legal teams to obtain required information and evidence.
Escalate suspicious findings, procedural breaches, and high-risk concerns to senior team members.
Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure investigation records are complete and updated.
Support fraud prevention initiatives and case tracking activities.
Assist in maintaining investigation dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems.

Bachelor's degree in any related field
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Welcome fresh grades. If have experience in fraud investigation field at least 2 years will be considered an advantage
Ability to review CCTV footage, transaction data, and operational logs.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
Basic proficiency in G-suit and documentation/report writing.
