About the Role
As a Franchise Assistant Manager at Noodle Star K, you will be a key driver in scaling our Artisan Korean Noodle concept across Singapore and the Southeast Asian market. You will bridge the gap between our craft-focused heritage (Jaga-Jemyun) and scalable business operations, ensuring that every franchise outlet maintains the elite standards set by our master chefs.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Expansion: Lead the onboarding and operational setup of new franchise outlets, ensuring seamless alignment with Noodle Star K's brand identity.
Operational Excellence: Audit and optimize unit economics, break-even analyses, and operational workflows for franchisees to ensure high profitability and efficiency.
Training & Quality Control: Develop and oversee training modules for Jaga-Jemyun (handmade noodle) techniques and specialized Korean culinary service to maintain consistent food quality.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Franchisor (HQ) and Franchisees, providing data-driven feedback and performance coaching.
Marketing Synergy: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to localized campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu for various franchise territories.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all outlets strictly adhere to Singapore's F&B regulations and the brand's internal SOPs.
Multilingual Proficiency (Preferred): Fluent in English, Korean, Chinese, and Bahasa (Indonesia/Malay). This role involves frequent communication with diverse franchisees, regional partners, and Korean culinary masters.
Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years specifically in franchise operations or business development.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost control, and the Singapore F&B landscape.
Artisan Mindset: A deep respect for traditional Korean culinary arts and the ability to translate handcrafted values into a scalable business model.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to coach, negotiate, and lead diverse teams across different cultural backgrounds.
Agility: Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and willing to travel for regional expansion projects.
