Fragrance Specialist - Full-Time Retail Sales

Hana Fragrance Singapore is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

You will provide excellent customer service by welcoming both local and international customers, understanding their fragrance preferences, and helping them discover perfumes that best suit their tastes and needs. You will guide customers through our fragrance collection, explain fragrance notes, product features, and recommendations, and handle purchases professionally in a friendly and fast-paced retail environment.

The role provides hands-on learning about perfumes, fragrance notes, and customer preferences, with a focus on recommending and upselling products naturally, without putting pressure on customers. You will also help maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked product displays and support smooth daily retail operations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicates confidently, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. A genuine interest in perfumes, fragrances, and retail sales will be a strong advantage.
