Fragrance Evaluator

Description

A global fragrance house is expanding its creative centre in Singapore and is seeking a Fragrance Evaluator / Fragrance Development Manager to support regional projects.

Responsibilities

You will independently manage active and proactive fragrance development projects across Southeast Asia, with the ability to translate customer and market briefs into clear olfactive direction, evaluate fragrance submissions, and work closely with perfumers throughout the creation process. You will manage multiple regional projects, contribute to category and proactive development initiatives, and bring strong market awareness to fragrance creation. The role offers broad regional exposure across categories and markets within a collaborative creative environment.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a Degree in Chemistry or in a relevant field and have 5 to 10 years of fragrance industry experience. Strong olfactive judgement and proven experience managing fragrance creation projects is essential. To be successful in this role, you are someone creative, analytical, collaborative and entrepreneurial.
