FPSO Project Manager

Work location: Singapore and Mexico.

* 20 years experience of major oil and gas FPSO engineering & construction projects.
* Engineering degree or equivalent.
* Experience in managing safety in fabrication yards, hazard identification and formal incident investigation procedures.
* Experience in commissioning activities associated with FPSO Major Projects.
* Large fabrication contract administration experience.
* Understanding of operational and maintenance requirement of FPSO topsides and marine equipment .

Responsibilities:
Management and oversight of the FPSO project from the FEED through EPCI phases, ensuring final delivery in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes proactive coordination with SURF, drilling teams, contractors, and internal disciplines, as well as the selection and leadership of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsible for monitoring construction progress, ensuring the availability of resources, engineering, equipment, and materials, and maintaining the project schedule. Participates in safety and quality inspections, promotes continuous improvement in construction methods, and collaborates with the contractor to optimize mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and preservation activities, minimizing offshore carryover work.
