Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives across the organisation. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to develop proposals for pilot programs, conducting analytical reviews to support decision-making on special projects, and evaluating departmental purchases and ad hoc requests to ensure compliance with internal policies. You will also coordinate timelines and reviews for the annual budgeting cycle, identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows, and recommend process improvements. Additionally, you will assist in the governance of financial system access rights and contribute to other relevant tasks as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, complemented by 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as Finance. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis, along with excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to adapt and respond effectively in dynamic environments, will be essential to navigating the challenges and opportunities this role presents.
