Job Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget, rollingforecast, and longterm planning processes, ensuring alignment with businessstrategy and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensivefinancial models, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and keyfinancial metrics.
- Perform scenario and sensitivityanalyses, partnering with operations and engineering teams to convertoperating plans and asset lifecycles into financial forecasts.
- Deliver monthly and quarterlymanagement reporting with variance analysis against budget, forecast, andprior periods, providing insights into performance, cost efficiency,EBITDA, and cash flow.
- Track and explain key business andfinancial KPIs, preparing clear, decisionfocused reports for senior managementand governance bodies.
- Act as a finance business partner tointernal stakeholders across operations, regulatory, strategy, andcorporate development.
- Support evaluation of newinitiatives, network expansion, technology upgrades, and efficiencyprogrammes through financial analyses and business cases.
- Provide financial input for pricing,contract structures, and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance andalignment with regulatory frameworks.
- Continuously enhance FP&Aprocesses, tools, and reporting through standardisation, automation, anddata analytics.
- Maintain strong governance anddocumentation over planning and reporting processes.
- Perform monthly cash flow analysisand support treasuryrelated activities, including placements, refinancing, and debtmanagement.
- Support the distribution process andcollaborate closely with finance teams and cost centre owners.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA
- Professional certifications such asCA, CPA, or CFA will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience
- Strong skills in financial modelling,forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, planningsystems, and BI tools will be advantageous
