Responsibilities

• Spearhead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes aligned with business strategies and objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models encompassing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow metrics. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess key financial drivers. Generate monthly and quarterly management reports, providing variance analysis and insights on performance, cost efficiency, and financial sustainability. Act as a financial partner to internal stakeholders, supporting evaluations of initiatives, network expansion, and operational efficiency. Propose financial input on pricing structures and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with industry mechanisms. Continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency through standardization and automation. Perform monthly cash flow analyses to optimize cash returns and support treasury operations and debt management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or finance partnering. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills. Advanced Excel proficiency familiarity with planning systems and BI tools is an advantage. Deep understanding of cash flow-oriented businesses and long-term asset economics. Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex financial data for senior stakeholders. Prior exposure to Board-level reporting and senior management interactions is advantageous.
