Job Description

Our client is a leading organisation within the Education sector. As the firm continues to expand across the region, they are seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to enhance financial planning capabilities and support robust, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities


Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will drive financial planning, performance management, and reporting excellence across the business, delivering insightful performance reports, dashboards, and Board presentations, while leading monthly reviews to assess key drivers, risks, and opportunities against budget and forecast. You will own the budgeting and forecasting cycles, translating operational initiatives into financial targets, and lead the implementation of a data warehouse by partnering with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop effective dashboards. In addition, you will strengthen data governance to ensure accuracy and integrity, while working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights, support strategic initiatives such as margin improvement and cost optimisation, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Requirements


You are degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, and/or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA. You bring at least 5 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment. You possess a strong foundation in FP&A and management reporting, coupled with sound business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for operational stakeholders. You are highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills, and have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.You are a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities, able to influence effectively at all levels. You thrive in dynamic environments, and are hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.

The role is based in the East and requires five days in the office, with flexible working hours.
