What You'll Do
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and month-end close for MCAPS and SMEC P&L.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Partner with business leaders on benchmarking, spend management, and resource allocation.
- Strengthen controls and compliance frameworks, working with auditors.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years in Finance/FP&A, with at least 4 years in regional roles.
- Advanced Excel and P&L modeling skills (PowerPivot a plus).
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability-turn data into decisions.
- Experience in multinationals with multi-segment finance roles.
- Hands-on, independent, thrives in fast-paced environments.
