FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Manager (Healthcare)

• Partner with senior leadership to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.
• Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, feasibility studies and business case evaluations to support strategic decisions, investments, business expansion and M&A activities.
• Lead and support budgeting processes, prepare regular forecasts and develop comprehensive financial models.
• Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends, variances and business drivers.
• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards and performance analysis for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Provide financial guidance to business teams to ensure operational plans are aligned with financial targets and organisational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting workflows and financial tools to enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
