Your New Role

Manage and issue the annual reporting schedule, ensuring timely submission across all countries and group requirements.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and weekly sales reports, including forecasting, pricing, and gross margin trends.
Ensure accuracy and validation of financial reports (HFM), balance sheet schedules, and key supporting documents.
Perform detailed analysis such as inventory aging, AR aging, overhead costs, and raw material purchases.
Support year-end closing processes and ensure compliance with IFRS 16 lease reporting and approvals.
Assist in budgeting and long-term planning, including consolidation, template preparation, and Hyperion system submissions.
Contribute to cost accounting by supporting standard costing and plant reporting (as backup over time).
Maintain and manage ERP master data (e.g., GL, cost centers) and collaborate on system enhancements.
Work closely with Corporate Finance, Power BI developers, and regional teams on reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
Drive process improvements, internal control checks, and support ad hoc analysis and cross-functional reporting needs.

Key Qualifications for Success

Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field with minimum 5+ years of experience in a medium-sized MNC.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards.
Experience in MNC environments manufacturing industry exposure is a plus.
Proficient in advanced Excel knowledge of databases or programming is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems familiarity with M3 is a plus.
Mandatory experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate and discuss issues effectively.
Positive, proactive team player with a keen interest in learning, process improvement, and leveraging automation/AI tools.
