The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a global manufacturing MNC to hire an FP&A Analyst for its Singapore finance team. The role offers exposure to regional planning and reporting, with responsibility for supporting assigned business departments and working with overseas stakeholders.
• Reporting to the General Manager, you will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting across Singapore while partnering with business stakeholders and contributing to finance process improvements.
  
  

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and planning submissions for Singapore and a regional entity; maintain budget, forecast and KPI trackers.
• Support monthly closing, financial data extraction and reconciliation; analyse P&L performance and budget-to-actual variances, and prepare management reports and presentation decks.
• Partner with assigned departments to gather and validate data, monitor performance and support business analysis, financial assessments and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Contribute to workflow digitisation, dashboarding, automation, approved AI tools and process improvements. Support financial reporting and audits through schedules, reconciliations and data validation.
  
  

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI or Power Query is advantageous.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting experience, including good understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and other accounting knowledges.
