As an individual contributor within the FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE), your mission is to maintain a standardized, high-integrity reporting ecosystem that serves as the single source of truth for the organization. You will provide financial insights for the assigned business unit (in our multi-business landscape) to drive critical business decisions. Beyond core operations, you will be part of our finance transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Governance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, acting as the custodian of data integrity for FP&A COE
- COE Backbone & Reporting: Develop and deliver automated dashboards and L1 commentaries that serve as the foundation for Business Partners. Ensure this is robust and standardized enough for BPs to leverage for their deep-dive partnering and strategic discussions
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for the harmonization and standardization of processes and reports to drive productivity and efficiency while ensuring group compliance
- Strategic Project Voice: Represent the FP&A COE in cross-functional projects, ensuring that financial logic and requirements are accurately captured
- Ad-hoc Support: Cross learn with other team members and assist the Head of FP&A COE on strategic ad-hoc projects and high-level management presentations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with ISCA
- A minimum of 5 years experience related to FP&A in a progressive MNC
- Experience in a COE or Group Finance function is highly advantageous
- Skillsets around data analytics and Big Query SQL-based language are a plus
- A team player, self-motivated and customer oriented
- Ability to navigate well in ambiguity and adapt to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and open to learning Gsuite (Gsheets, GSlides)
- Strong in analytical skills, business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to build strong rapport with co-workers and strong communication skills
- Able to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks, takes accountability for the entire process lifecycle
- A passion for efficiency, automation, and removing process redundancy
