If you could build a health company from scratch, what would you change

We're building Bion to make investing in your health something people aspire to, take pride in and belong to. We want the effort people put into their health to become visible, their progress to feel meaningful, and the support around them to grow with their ambitions.

Our vision is to reshape how people approach their health and how it gets funded, so more people can enjoy more healthy years, with more life in them.

Bion's starting point is a consumer app that brings nutrition, exercise, health records and progress tracking together. We're building on that foundation so people can connect what they do each day with their health goals, and get useful support when they need it.

We want Bion to become the membership people aspire to carry for their health. A mark that they invest in themselves, backed by care, curated experiences and benefits worth belonging for. We want investing in health to become a visible, rewarding part of everyday life, with employers, insurers and governments investing alongside the people doing the work.

We're building towards benefits that could range from doctor and dietitian consultations to strength coaching, fitness access and curated experiences, with support that changes as members needs do.

As our founding doctor, you'd help decide what belongs in the first offering, what members will value enough to keep paying for, and how we deliver it exceptionally well. We'd start with telehealth in Singapore, with weight and metabolic health as an initial focus.

What you'll help build

• Design our first clinical programme and care pathways, including assessment, treatment, follow-up and referrals.

• Lead clinical governance and help prepare the service for licensing and launch.

• Care for our first patients once licensed, and use their experience to improve both the service and the product.

• Work directly with the founders on the membership, patient experience and clinical team as we grow.

Who we're looking for

A doctor with full SMC registration and a valid practising certificate, based in Singapore, with solid primary-care experience and an interest in preventive, lifestyle or metabolic medicine. Eligibility and willingness to serve as Clinical Governance Officer would be particularly valuable.

You enjoy building, care about making good care accessible, and want a say in how the business works as well as how medicine is practised.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial doctor to share ownership and build this with us. You can start alongside your existing practice, with equity agreed upfront and no cash compensation initially. We'd agree together on the commitment and milestones for moving into a salaried role.
