About Company:
Our client is a global integrated logistics company engaged in the warehousing, transport, and forwarding. They offer optimal logistics through their reliable expertise about cargo and their diverse line-up of services.

Job Description:
- Act as a senior member of the team, supporting the Manager and guiding junior members in all operational duties.

- Play a key role in the team's efforts to achieve the annual GTB target.

- Oversee all import/export arrangements, including permit issuance and billing operations.

- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and NVOCCs.

- Maintain expert knowledge and oversee the management of licenses (ZeroGST, MES, RACA, etc.).

- Act as the primary liaison with customs, IRAS, and other relevant government agencies.

- Support sales activities, including customer visits and telemarketing.

- Deliver performance reports and contribute to strategic planning (monthly meetings).

- Report effectively to the Manager, other departments, HQ, and customers.

- Perform system-related tasks including master registration and billing input in the company's billing system.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations (import/export).

- Deep knowledge of freight forwarding arrangements and customs procedures in Singapore.

- Proven experience and knowledge in managing import/export licenses (e.g., ZeroGST, MES, RACA).

- Demonstrated experience in negotiating rates with carriers and NVOCCs.

- Business-level proficiency in English.

- Comfort with logistics IT systems (experience with freight management or ERP systems is a plus). Must be willing to learn new systems and participate in system migration projects.

Compensation:
- Working location: South West, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
