Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE)
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you will work directly with our customers to tailor and deploy Intellect's AI platforms to solve complex, industry-specific problems. Unlike traditional software engineering roles, you will operate at the intersection of development, problem-solving, and direct customer engagement. Your work will have a tangible impact on our clients operations, often within days of deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-Centric Development: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, configure Intellect's AI platforms, and build custom solutions tailored to specific use cases.
- Technical Implementation: Develop and deploy workflows, data models, and system configurations that meet customer requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and adaptable.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use Intellect's AI platform to design, test, and iterate on solutions quickly, leveraging pre-built components to minimize development time.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Serve as a bridge between customers and Intellect's internal product teams, sharing field insights and technical expertise to inform platform enhancements.
- Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges like building large-scale data pipelines, optimizing system performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting production issues.
