Formwork Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Supervise construction, erection, alteration, and dismantling of formwork structures.

- Ensure formwork complies with Codes of Practice and safety regulations.

-Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.

-Assess construction strength of materials, shoring, and support systems.

-Lead and coordinate formwork teams on-site.

-Monitor daily progress, ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

-Conduct pre-, during-, and post-concreting inspections of formwork and falsework.

-Ensure proper shutter making, assembling, and alignment.

-Calculate material quantities and manage inventory.

-Liaise with site engineers and maincontractors for workflow coordination.

-Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and compliance checklists.

Requirement

- Knowledge from Formwork Safety Courses and BCSS certification.

- Formwork Supervisor cert

Working hours : Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm (plus 2hours OT)

Remuneration is based on work experience.
