Foreman Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Foreman Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and supervise workers. The candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities on site

• Manage and guide workers to ensure productivity and quality work

• Monitor safety compliance and site regulations

• Report work progress to project manager

• Ensure materials and equipment are used properly

• Solve site issues and maintain smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Foreman / Site Supervisor

• Experience managing construction or technical workers

• Basic knowledge of site safety and operations

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure
