Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Interpret construction plans and specifications to direct workers accordingly.
• Schedule, delegate, and monitor daily tasks and workflows.
• Report progress regularly to project managers and clients.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certification or trade qualification preferred.
