Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction crews on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage crew performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Monitor material usage and inventory on-site.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in basic construction management software and MS Office.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
