Daily planning of work schedule for warehouse operation
Priorities and monitor all warehouse assistants to complete their daily work( picker and packer)
Ensure warehouse operating supplies (Carton, wrapping and essential material for warehouse use ) are good for warehouse operational use on weekly and monthly basic
Assist in return items and goods. (reverse logistic process) Finish return procedure timely.
Cooperate with operation and purchaser department for smooth good delivery.
Assist in planning for a shift in relation to overtime planning
Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
Where opportunity allows, marking/order should be complete well in advance by 2 days
