Forecourt Attendant (PumpAttendant)

. Promote and adhere to policies, procedures, and safety culture to ensure a safe working environment in the forecourt area

. Maintain clean and properly worn uniforms to project a positive image and demonstrate pride in representing the brand

. Provide quality service by following forecourt service steps: Wave in, Greet customers, Offer Fuel Top up, Provide Value Added Service, Refuel vehicles, Perform Value Added Service, Close Fuel Tank, and Wave off

. Address customer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager as part of the communication plan

. Keep the store and forecourt environment clean and organized through daily housekeeping tasks during each shift

. Follow safety protocols and work procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment

. Deliver high-quality service to customers on the forecourt and actively engage in building rapport with customers

. Drive store revenue by promoting and upselling Shell V-Power sales to customers

. Flexibility to work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptional customer service throughout different times of the day.
