FOOT REFLEXOLOGIST

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FOOT REFLEXOLOGIST with good interpersonal and communication skills to explain treatments and understand client needs.

To have massage and bodywork skills & techniques to help clients relax, reduce stress, and promote flexibility. Focusing on specific areas like the Foot, Neck or Back.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized shop. Assist colleagues with various tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Scope

• Working hours 11am to 11pm. Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
• Bilingual, able to liaise with english & chinese speaking customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, including sweeping, restocking products, and theraphy tools.
• Manage bookings and serve walk-ins.
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their theraphy preferences.
• Observe and learn from senior staff their theraphy and customer communications skills.
• Handle customer payment transactions.
• Do your best to ensure all customers leave our shop satisfied with our services.
