Job Description

1. Customer Communication & Order Processing

. Answer incoming calls and issue invoices based on customer orders.

. Maintain efficient and professional communication with customers.

. Promote company products through phone calls or text messages.

. Handle aftersales customer service and coordinate with various internal departments.

. Assist with stock checking when required.

2. Documentation & Administrative Support

. Organize and archive documents to ensure proper record management.

. Handle daily administrative tasks such as checking emails, data entry, and updating records.

3. Skills Requirements

. Proficient in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel).

. Basic English communication skills.

4. Personal Qualities & Work Attitude

. Able to follow company arrangements and instructions.

. Clear communication, cheerful personality, and quick thinking.
