Job Description

Job Summary

Collaborate across departments to develop and improve food production processes, ensure food safety compliance and manage production equipment and lab testing to support quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with food production and administration teams to optimize operational workflows and ensure alignment with quality standards
  • Conduct research and development to innovate and improve food products and processes
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation to support consistent production and compliance
  • Perform food safety audits to identify risks and ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Manage production equipment maintenance and functionality to support efficient operations
  • Oversee sampling and laboratory testing to verify product quality and safety
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC certification standards through systematic management and audits
  • Execute additional duties as assigned to support business needs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related science subjects
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in similar capacity in the food industry
  • Knowledge & understanding of equipment, ingredients & their functions
  • Good knowledge in ISO and FSSC certifications
  • Strong communication skills and detail oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
