Job Summary
Collaborate across departments to develop and improve food production processes, ensure food safety compliance and manage production equipment and lab testing to support quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with food production and administration teams to optimize operational workflows and ensure alignment with quality standards
- Conduct research and development to innovate and improve food products and processes
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation to support consistent production and compliance
- Perform food safety audits to identify risks and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Manage production equipment maintenance and functionality to support efficient operations
- Oversee sampling and laboratory testing to verify product quality and safety
- Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC certification standards through systematic management and audits
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related science subjects
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in similar capacity in the food industry
- Knowledge & understanding of equipment, ingredients & their functions
- Good knowledge in ISO and FSSC certifications
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
