Food Services Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Food Services Operations Director to lead and manage end-to-end operations across our food service business, ensuring strong service standards, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across outlets/sites, ensuring smooth execution and service quality
• Drive operational excellence through SOPs, workflow improvements, and team performance management
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgeting, cost controls (food cost, labour, wastage), procurement and supplier performance
• Lead manpower planning, hiring, training and development of operations teams
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and support expansion/improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in F&B / catering / food services operations (multi-site preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and operational compliance standards
• Strong financial and operational planning skills (costing, budgeting, forecasting)
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
