Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain and continuously improve the company's Food Safety Assurance System.
Conduct food-safety inspections, compliance checks and internal audits across operating premises.
Investigate food-safety incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up on SFA-related findings and coordinate timely corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
Conduct food-safety and hygiene training for employees where required.
Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation for the central kitchen.
Prepare audit, investigation and compliance reports for management review.
Monitor corrective actions and ensure audit and compliance findings are properly closed out.
Maintain accurate food-safety, audit and training records.
Perform other related food-safety and quality duties as assigned.
