Job Description

  • Receive food from Food Checker and send to designated service stands or tables
  • Maintain sufficient stock level of required condiments and sauce
  • Assist Food Checker in coordinating of food items
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food items to dining room
  • Ensure proper condiments and serving gear are sent with food items in a timely manner
  • Prepare sufficient condiments and cook rice
  • Clean trays and collect pegs to station
  • Prepare takeaway orders
  • Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
