Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper service standards.
- Support table setup, clearing, resetting and general restaurant operations.
- As a Food Runner, ensure dishes are delivered to the correct tables efficiently and accurately.
- As a Captain, lead and guide service crew members during daily operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across the restaurant.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Support opening and closing duties and other tasks assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements
- Relevant F&B, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment and coordinate with team members.
- Responsible, attentive to detail and committed to maintaining service and hygiene standards.
- Willing to work 5 days per week / 44 hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
