Job Description

Receive food from Food Checker and send to designated service stands or tables
Maintain sufficient stock level of required condiments and sauce
Assist Food Checker in coordinating of food items
Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food items to dining room
Ensure proper condiments and serving gear are sent with food items in a timely manner
Prepare sufficient condiments and cook rice
Clean trays and collect pegs to station
Prepare takeaway orders
Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
