Food Retail Sales Rep

Job Title: Food Retail Staff

About the Role:
Chubs at Bencoolen is looking for friendly, reliable Food Retail Staff to support daily store operations, serve our popular healthy bowls, and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter
• Handle cashiering/POS and basic administrative tasks
• Prepare, handle, and serve food according to Food Safety Level 1 standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Replenish stock, assist with inventory, and perform opening/closing duties

Requirements:

• Food Safety Level 1 certification (mandatory)
• Willing and able to work weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable with rotating shifts and standing for extended periods
• Prior F&B/retail experience is an advantage training provided- Eligible to work in Singapore standard MOM regulations apply

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Rotating roster for off days

Compensation & Benefits:

• Shop profit sharing
• Full attendance award
• Base pay commensurate with experience (details to be discussed)
